Everest Linens currently offers the following shipping options for your convenience

$12.00 FLAT RATE ON ALL ORDERS UNDER $200.00 (BEFORE TAX AND SHIPPING)

Our Flat Rate offer is valid for ground service to the contiguous 48 states. To take advantage of this offer, select the "Flat Rate" shipping option at checkout. Your order will ship via FedEx Ground. Transit time from shipment to delivery is typically 2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Naturally, you should allow extra time for delivery during peak holiday seasons.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OF $200.00 OR MORE (BEFORE TAX AND SHIPPING)

Our Free Shipping offer is valid for ground service to the contiguous 48 states. To take advantage of this offer, select the "Free Shipping" option at checkout. Please note that this option will not appear on the list of shipping options at checkout unless the total of all items in your shopping cart is at least $200.00. Your order will ship via UPS Ground. Transit time from shipment to delivery is typically 3-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Naturally, you should allow extra time for delivery during peak holiday seasons.

PRIORITY DELIVERY OPTIONS

For those who desire priority delivery, we also offer various express delivery options through UPS, Fed Ex and USPS. Please contact us or enter a note in the Special Instructions field during checkout with your express shipping requirements.

Depending on the shipping option you have selected, the appropriate cost (if any) will be itemized in your Shopping Cart and included with the total amount due during the checkout process. For your added security, all orders shipped via UPS and FedEx are insured up to $100 at no additional charge. If you desire additional insurance, please request it at the time of the order and you will be billed for the higher amount.

Please note that items shipped from Everest Linens may require a signature for delivery. Should a customer request either in writing or orally that no signature be required for delivery, the customer bears the full responsibility for loss or damage for a package left unattended by the shipping carrier at the destination address, and no compensation is due. If a customer provides an incorrect address that causes a delay or failure of delivery, Everest Linens reserves the right to charge the customer an additional $12.00 or the actual cost of re-shipment or address correction, whichever is greater.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Since most of our products are made to order, we typically need approximately 5 business days to process and manufacture your products. Everest Linens will notify you if the fabric you have selected is currently out of stock or any other circumstances that would cause a delay in process your order. Allow 3 to 7 business days for ground delivery shipping in the contiguous 48 states, less for Priority Delivery, depending on the specific delivery option you specified.

Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way. In most cases, this email will also contain a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment and the estimated delivery date.
